Yes, Primavera sets deadlines to enroll for a specific block during the school year.
The application must be completely and accurately filled out and all required documents
must be submitted by this deadline in order for enrollment to be accepted for the
desired block. The reason for these deadlines is to ensure each student is given
a fair chance at course assignment and completion based on a 6 week plan.
The application deadlines are listed on the application beneath each block.
If an application deadline is missed, applicants may still complete and submit an
application by choosing the next available block.
Open enrollment means that we are always accepting applications. Since Primavera
Online High School offers classes that start every few weeks, we can constantly
add new students to each block.
Returning Primavera students should log on to the online application using the username
and password assigned to them during their last enrollment. If a student cannot
remember their username and password they should contact an enrollment counselor
at enrollmentcounselor@primaveratech.org.
To find out if your school allows concurrent enrollment with another Arizona High
School, contact your District Office.
Each University can have different requirements for accepting students for enrollment.
Primavera’s scholastic diploma meets state requirements and will help students gain
acceptance to most state universities. We recommend to all students planning on
attending a state or private university to call and speak with the admissions department
to find out what their requirements are and plan your high school diploma choice
accordingly.
No, you do not have to speak with someone to complete enrollment. Primavera has
set up fluid processes to allow parents and students to apply online, submit the
required documents, and wait for course assignment without making a phone call.
We recommend that a parent fills out the online application to ensure all required
information is entered correctly. Incorrect information can delay the enrollment
process, and some of the information requested is not common knowledge to most students.
Primavera adheres to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student
account information will only be released to a parent and/or legal guardian. If
there is a family member or other individual that should be able to obtain or supply
information on a student, that individual’s name and permission must be submitted
in writing to Primavera by the student’s parent or legal guardian.
Students under the age of 18 cannot restrict access to their account information.
Parents and/or legal guardians may restrict access to a student account by submitting
a certified letter stating a specific person is not allowed to ask, receive, or
submit information about the student.

No. By definition, a correspondence school requires students to complete work on
paper or in workbooks and mail it to the school. Typically these schools are out
of state. Primavera is located in Arizona, and while there are some assignments
that you may need to send in via postal mail, the majority of your work is completed
online.
